1. Where does CameraWorldNew ship?

We currently ship to all addresses within Canada and the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Canada and the U.S. For faster delivery, expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery Time:

United States: 3-7 business days.

Canada: 5-10 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package on the carrier’s website.

5. What if I enter the wrong shipping address?

We’ll do our best to update the address before the order is shipped. However, we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
